While the infomercial offer surely is tempting if you read the reviews online and not on QVC, you will find many similar stories to the Op's. The bottom line is that you order from QVC not the infomercial! I've read that same complaint repeatedly, they make it extremely hard to get out of the auto delivery! this is exactly why, when I finally made the plunge, that I made my purchase from the Q
