I am wondering if it is OK to use the RTM in between cleansings on my little Yorkie? Are there certain formulas that would not be ok for dogs? TIA Smiley Happy

Yes!! I have two furry children, and they get sprayed down with RTM at least twice each week. I know this is something that Chaz personally recommends, they refer to his dogs as "walking room fresheners" because they smell so good from the RTM.

I think all formulas would be safe for dogs, but I know that tea tree oil is toxic for cats. So, if you have any kitties, just an FYI on that.

My dogs personally get a mix of Fall Apple Spice and Tea Tree, we joke that they smell like apple dumplings :-)

I've been making my own RTM out of the oils and CC. Just get a spray bottle about 4-6oz. Add a little of the WEN Pets, a dropper or 2 full of oil and fill with water. Works great!

I use RTM on my big boy all the time - 613, seasonals, core, doesn't matter. He always smells good and his fur is so soft. Funny, this morning I sprayed some 613 E.D.T. on myself. I was sitting at the kitchen table and DH leaned over to kiss my head. He said, "Ooh, you smell like the dog....but in a good way" {#emotions_dlg.lol}

Lol, that's hilarious!!

I can relate, when I first sprayed our dogs with Fall Apple Spice RTM, my SO came home and got excited. He thought that I'd surprised him by baking some kind of cobbler or pie..........he was disappointed......... :-)

I tried some SHP mist on my chihuahua a couple days ago after reading it on another thread. He's smelled so nice after and his coat was noticiably shinier. I didn't brush him at all. He can get barky and we discourage it with the ""squirty squirts"" spray bottle of water so I figured he'd run away but he didn't. I took it out this morning and he came over to me so I sprayed him down again. I guess he liked it. I sprayed the other dog this weekend too. She needs a bath and hair cut so I figured it would help with the combing. We ended up baking bread and playing a board game so I don't know how it worked for combing. But she did smell nice Smiley Very Happy
