So I saw that the gallons are back. So I am just a litle confused how he is back.. I like the guy but there were so many issues of hair falling out. I also had that issue as well..
I was wondering if he tweeked or got rid of the ingreident that was the problem. So I can try it again. I dont want to use it again and have issues with thinning hair!

You can always go to the WEN website and check the ingredient list of all of the formulas.

@beauty0125 FYI, no ingredient in any of the formulas was ever shown or proven in any study whatsoever to do anything at all to cause hair to fall out. The lawyers who brought the class action suit settled for what amounted to a pittance per complainant because they knew that they could not prove anything in a court of law, and not only would they not get paid, but the class of complainants would have had to pay not only their own court costs, but Guthy-Renker's court costs as well. So the lawyers settled and at least got some money out of it, Guthy-Renker got off cheap, and the complainants got a tiny amount of money, for whatever satisfaction they got out of it.
If you KNOW exactly what ingredient in one particular formula made your hair fall out, if it even was the WEN, and not something else going on with you, medically or environmentally, then you can look at the ingredients of all the formulas and order a formula that does not have that ingredient.
Personally, I can't use any of the formulas that have a honey ingredient in them, but there are plenty of formulas that do not, and I now have, due to WEN products, the best hair of my life! The scalp tonic keeps my hair growing in thicker and stronger than it would be genetically, if I didn't use that tonic, odds are I'd be bald by now, like my grandmother was at my age. I will be using WEN cleansing conditioners and ancilliary products until the day I die! If I had to give it up for any reason, I'd shave my head and wear wigs, it wouldn't be worth trying to keep my own hair any more.

The class action lawsuit was settled for $26 million dollars. I received $42 as I had made a purchase of the cleansing conditioner although the list of products involved in the lawsuit was extensive. There were 2 tiers, one was for basic claims and the other were for people who provided pictures of hair loss and they were to have received up to $20k depending.

Ive been using WEN for many years and my hair has naturally thinned with age and heredity but I do not blame WEN or any other hair product that I use.
