BeBe, I have a ? I'm hoping you can answer. My friend gave me her remoist. How exactly do I use that? Do I put it in and after leaving it in a while, do I cleanse with the CC like normal? TIA

Did you call QVC and ask if you can reinstate the order(s) you cancelled? Since you were on auto-delivery, you should be able to simply log online, go into your auto-delivery items list and reinstate the cancelled item(s). I do that regularly as i change my mind about getting items, cancel orders, then change my mind again and reinstate the orders.

Although, I'm not Bebe and I'm new I'll tell you what I do. I mix the remoist in with my CC after I do my last cleanse and leave it. Leave it on for as long as you can. I get really good results after about 3-4 hours. Then rinse and style (CC, SC, oil, etc..)

April-Rose, You could call customer service and ask to reactivate your Seasonal AD. Sometimes, you even have the option of doing it online yourself.

Thanks DogLvr! I never knew you could reinstate a cancelled order. Thought once I cancelled, I would be out of luck. Any yucky scents aside, if I did the simple math correctly, the 5 seasonals come to $15.97 for each 16 oz bottle, before the tax and S&H. At least this seems like the best deal to me. Besides, who can beat the 4 easy pays.

QVC says they will ship tomorrow. Seems like it went too smoothly. Hope it all works out. Again, thanks for taking the time to pass on the info.

April-Rose, I'm so glad you were able to reinstate your Dec 2013 TSV. Hands down, this is the very best value for the CCs since each 16oz. CC in the kit costs out at about $16 (before S&H and taxes).
