I was anxiously waiting for my last shipment of 2 32 oz Seasonal Scents - Coconut Lime - and saw that it shipped on 10/10. Last night I received an email that stated I was being refunded for that order - which I had not yet received. I called today and was told they ran out and can't fulfill that order. Is this typical? I'm very disappointed and I know stuff happens, but just curious if this is more normal than I know. Thanks.

I'm sorry, that stinks. I have a lot of things on AD and I've never had this happen. I know some people had a Josie Maran TSV kit on AD skipped a few years back, but I don't think this is common.

This is strange, because I have Summer Coconut Lime Verbena 32 oz on A/D also. I checked the order, and it is standing. I do not remember the date of future shipment, but sometime in November. Don't know, maybe they'll cancel it later on also...
So, maybe it is worth giving a call to CSR?
