My oil came today and it smells really nice. Much "lighter" than the CC. Unfortunately, the top wasn't screwed on tight and it spilled in the box. Has anyone had this happen? I lost about half the bottle. Would they replace it if I call? Would the want me to return this one? Even at the special price it's still expensive. TIA.

I think they will replace it. Mine came today as well. Five days early- I couldn't believe it. Don't throw it away til you talk to them, but I think they'll just send another.

I think they'll definitely send you a new one. Call QVC and Chaz's salon, because I'm sure QVC doesn't give a cr#p.

Actually I had a similar situation with the 613 mouse and QVC happily worked with me. It's all based on the approach you take.

OMG I received mine yesterday and used it last night on my scalp and face after I did a scrub and OMG the results were amazing this morning! My face has never felt this soft and moisturized. I f-r-e-a-k-i-n-g love this formula. I am going to keep trying it on my face and if it continues to work this way I will be buying more for sure!!

Oh and the scent is awesome!! I was surprised that this oil is almost clear. There is a very very slight tint to it.

I received mine - it smells so great! I can really smell the cranberry. It has a definite tart cranberry smell with an added hint of a warm sweetness - almost like a dark cherry or something. I love!

I finally got my oil today. I am in love with this one. It does indeed have a tart smell, not too sweet or overpowering. So far I have only put it on my hands. Wonderful. I may actually try this as a scalp treatment. I have not done a scalp treatment with anything other than the Tea Tree oil.

Love the WCM CC and mist too. Chaz made me happy with this new winter scent for sure.

Tomorrow night I'm doing overnight with WCM, looking forward to it. I have done overnights with TT,SAM,FGP, and POM with good results. I find that SAM is the least restful for going to bed on though.
