Does anyone uses vitamin C products, such as serum or moisturizer with vitamin C experience their skin getting dry. It seems every time I go to use vitamin C, my skin gets very dry.

Maybe it's the form of Vitamin C you're using or whatever else you're using at the same time.

Welcome @WI CUSTOMER

I use a Vit C product that has other ingredients in it that are good for your skin.  I've never had any dryness with it.

Key Ingredients

Vita C Liposome Formula: containing 99% pure Vitamin C from England, including stable forms of the antioxidant in the forms of Ascorbic Acid, Ethyl Ascorbyl Ether, and Ascorbyl Glucoside, to treat and prevent changes associated with skin aging

Tranexamic Acid: reduces the appearance of dark spots and hyperpigmentation

Hydrolyzed Collagen: supplemented with Niacinamide, helps skin look and feel firmer and healthier.

Most VC serums contain the most common form of ascorbic acid which is very acidic and can disrupt your skin's outer layer, making it dry. But the good news is there are other forms of VC which are not acidic and more skin-friendly.

Here's a chart showing the various types of VC used in serums. The lower the pH (acidity), the more it can irritate and cause dry skin. Look for one which contains other forms of VC to help prevent your skin from getting dry.

The one from Isomers is very hydrating, in fact for my skin I find it too oily.

Amara Beauty dot com. All their products are wonderful and highly rated. I use their Vit C serum and Vit C cream. The cream contains jojoba and coconut oils. I have very oily skin so their cream is sometimes to much for me.
They also have a Vit C lotion for face and body. This is kind of a 'goldilocks' product for me, not drying and not oily.
The serum is 20percent Vit C, the cream is 5percent. Lots of info on the Amara website.

I have the driest of the dry skin. I use Vitamin C cream, but only once or twice a week. I do not use it at the height of winter. I add an ultra rich cream in at that time.

Here's a product you might want to consider -

SKINN  DIVINE ELIXIR FACIAL CREAM. It provides 72 hrs. of moisturization and has the best, most stable, form of Vitamin C (THDA)
