Vitacost Shipping... Just a fluke?

I placed an order the 22nd my order wasen't shipped until the 29th has anyone experienced this before? DH says not to order from them anymore since were in the same state they shipped from. I want to place another order but I'm afraid that it's going to take forever. My package should be here tomorrow. Talk about slow shipping. Not a happy camper.
