Virtue Haircare Products (HSN)

I have very fine hair that breaks off and is dull and lifeless due to medications and health problems. I was looking for a daily shampoo and conditioner and came across a presentation of Virtue Haircare Trio. Good reviews on HSN but curious if anyone here has tried it.

I've bought it several times from the Virtue site.  I just saw recently it was on HSN.

I'll be honest...it's just ok.  I love the lather of it--and it's sulfate free, but it doesn't repair the way they profess it does.  Granted nothing repairs damage, but they practically claim that.  I won't rebuy as I just got a new shipment due to a promotion that Virtue had going on.  Many, though, really like it from the reviews.

Their CS is amazing.  I had a problem with a pump, and they credited me for it ASAP and told me to keep the product.  Fantastic CS!

I'm glad this Virtue product line was brought up. I somehow maybe in a sleepy state of mind saw it on HSN TV with my laptop on, had nothing else to do and it seemed it may help breaking and thinning hair from what I saw on the presentation so ordered the cream (a trial size) for dry ends...just to try this line.

It was 17.00 for VERY little. Bottle was maybe 1/2 full. Was nothing special I have maybe 12 other products just like this (true) that worked better.

Anyway, my main reason for being interested in this line was thinking it helped promote hair growth. Was I that sleepy and maybe heard nothing about helping w/hair growth? I went and saw many of the reviews and didn't see many that said it helped with that as I have thinning hair, not horrible but SOOO bothersome for me :/ (from hormonal loss no doubt).

Now if the poo and conditioner help even a little with that I would buy it to try! I dislike the topical itchy serums w/menthol in them for hair growth..just looking for good shampoo and cond. for mod. thinning menopausal hair. TIA hope you see this!

PS did see 15% off their site for their products

Hello.  I never saw the presentation.  I read about Virtue in some Allure magazine 9 months ago or so.  The review was favorable with possible "repair" due to some human protein in it--if I have that correct (which I may not).  The lather is amazing, but I have seen no improvement in my hair with it.  Oddly enough, I just received my 2nd shipment-I bought the smooth conditioner and shampoo.  It is supposed to help with freeze, but I don't find it does much that other less expensive shampoos do.

I will finish off this shipment, and I won't buy again.   I mainly rebought due to a special they had --20% off and a free full sized hair spray (which I don't use hair spray often anyway, LOL).  I'm a sucker for a good deal.

As I mentioned, others review it favorably, and their customer service is so awesome. The good thing is, if you don't like it, you can return it.

There's another product called monat.  I may try that next.  It's sold mainly through women on social media, and I've heard from my friend who sells it that it helps with hair growth.  But, there are a few mixed reviews on that too.  These products are so individual as far as how they work for one vs. another. Look into monat.  I may try next.

Does anyone know how they source that?

I caught some of the presentation last night, but they were not specific about this part.
