I don't typically buy foundation online, but the It Cosmetics Celebration foundation was touted as hydrating and giving a flawless finish, so I decided to try it. It's very drying in my opinion, and I already have rather dry skin, so this might be better for an oilier skin.

Using it even very lightly, it is difficult to get a light coating. I want some coverage, but not a mask. I was very disappointed. I understand someone with rosacea or other pigment issues might like this, but for me, it was just too much.
