My boxes came with the items just tossed in without as much as bubbles or any other type of cushion to protect the products.

The boxes were also bulging from the top and the sides.

No samples, either.

I placed a big order with L'Occitane and as usual, my order came beautifully packed and gave the impression that those who work for the company actually take pride in their products and actually like their customers.

Philosophy has me feeling like nothing more than a number as of late and not a well liked number either.

I used to look forward to a package from them coming but not so much any more.
