I purchased two tubes of the Neuropeptide Facial Cream  and the Neuropeptide Firming Moisturizer after viewing the demonstration on air.    After receiving, I started using the moisturizer and had no problems with it.    I waited to open the facial cream because I wanted to finish another brand that I had already started using.   After I finished with the other cream, I opened the Perricone facial cream and noticed that it had a very bad odor like it was old.   It was well after my 30 day return policy, so I contacted the Perricone MD company.  They sent me an email basically saying..............sorry, but we aren't doing anything to help you...............no offer of replacement.   I was not impressed with their customer service at all.   I have Philosophy products, Dr. Denese products, and even  drug store products that have lasted well over a year and still smell fresh.   I will not be purchasing any Perricone MD products ever again.    Obviously they will not stand behind their products, nor do they care about customers.

Call QVC customer service.Explain to them what happenned.They have helped me with similar issues!!

My SIL uses Perricone and I can tell you that many of th creams have an odd smell.  It's that they apparently do not use fragrance to cover up some of the smell of ingredients.  It is probably the way this cream smells.

i remember same issue with a Philosophy cream.  Very popular but I just couldn't use it because of the smell though it was a nice cream.

Perricone Neurotide Facial Cream has a fishy smell which dissipates within a few seconds after application.  Do not be afraid to use it.

That product smells bad in its normal state. When it is advertised on air, the vendor does mention the "scent" which to me was a hint to check that out. QVC does have a generous return policy with their cosmetics. Unlike many (not all) other products when opened cosmetics are returned, they cannot be resold. So, either QVC or their vendor has lost money on the product. I don't blame them for having a cutoff point for their returns on cosmetics. Right now the return policy has even been extended further for gifts.

According to the Perricone website, all Neuropeotide products - except Eye Therapy and Instant Serum - contain parfum/fragrance.

I certainly do not blame you for not doing further business with Perricone.  How dare they say they will not help you out.  I had the same problem with Lori Greiner CS.  It's like they get the money and could care less about you.  Well, I will no longer give her my business.  I call it a business with no class.  Obviously, they don't need the money.
