Very Dry Eyelids....Help!

Recently, my eyelids are extremely dry (and itchy). I can only assume that it has to do with the Retin A I am using once a week. I honestly am not seeing any improvement using the Retin A. If anything, my skin feels drier and looks rougher.

Help!! How can I moisturize my eyelids?
