I'm so mad I could spit. On December 16th I mailed two 16 oz. Wen cleansing conditioners to a buyer. Yesterday, almost a month later, she complains that she never received the package and wants a full refund, or the items, which were mailed to her and they were all I had. I had evidence from the post office I mailed the package, but I didn't use delivery confirmation to save money for buyers. This person also lives in an apartment so there is a chance it was left at her door and then stolen if she wasn't home because it was too big to fit in the mailbox. Since she paid with Paypal, the minute she entered into the resolution system, the full price of the item plus shipping was automatically deducted from my Paypal account so now I'm out over $53. I have well over 3,000 positives with no negatives and am just so angry right now. I can't even post anything but positive feedback for this lying buyer because that right was taken away from sellers a long time ago. I mailed two other packages on the same day and they arrived with no problem. No more Ebay for me.
