I love the Clarisonic, but was concerned about all the posts about broken blood vessels and skin actually getting worse.
I've started (gently) holding the Clarisonic still instead of gliding it over my face. I concentrate on area between the eyes, nose to mouth lines, upper lip, etc. and glide it around everywhere only for a few seconds for cleaning.
Might be worth a try for those who think it's too rough or have given up on it. So far, it's working well for me.

I do it that way also.

Snowball, it's always good to find out that someone is doing the same thing when you thought you were the only one!
Since the Clarisonic doesn't visibly move anyway, it seemed to make sense to me to use it the way we do. I'm really happy with it, and my skin feels even cleaner than when I glide it around in the traditional way.

I'm one that had a blackhead problem, so I added my baby wipes back into my routine. I still use the Clarisonic, because I'm hoping the sonic part will do for my skin what my sonic toothbrush did for my teeth. My checkups have really improved, hardly any plaque.
