O/P, keep using what works for you. Don't be swayed by anyone else's opinions or experiences. Your hair, your skin, is unique to you.
Amen...I was a doubter at one time...now a convert. I am also one who uses WEN and Shampoo because that is what works for me. If I use just WEN...my hair feels flat...if I use just Shampoo my hair feels dry and breaks off. The combo has turned my hair around and it is thicker and silkier then it has ever been. To each their own, use what works for you.

Everyone has their own method of how they make it work for them. (Even though Chaz repeatedly states that you must use the number of pumps directed, etc., etc. or you won't like the results.) I've read that some "faithful users" even incorporate shampoo into their "cleansing" routine at certain intervals!
By their statements on this forum, it is the Wen users, themselves, who have debunked the cleansing conditioner craze.
no one uses it as directed?? LOL!! might wanna rethink that statement….. I use wen as directed….

And what logical theory of deduction do you embrace?? You think that the few posters on the WEN Board represent ALL users of WEN and the random few that state they also use shampoo sometimes- somehow in your limited sampling debunks the whole theory of cleansing conditioners. I would say you have chosen very selective information to prove your point- which is not a very 'scientific' method of analysis at all.

The OP said she is using Renpure Keratin conditioner. Only some posters have chosen to make it about Wen.
I believe that that was Serena's point.
This issue, no matter how it's stated, always turns into a battle about Wen. In this thread, the battle started early, in Post #10, despite the poster's use of "who shall go nameless!"
yup!

Hope you find a great product that works well for you.
I would like to say that I used to have very dry, broken, split ends, and had no choice but to wear my hair very short. Since using only WEN by Chaz Dean my hair is healthy, strong, and has amazing volume, it is past my bra now. His products never weigh down my fine hair. Additionally Chaz's products are CRUELTY FREE as he does NO animal testing and he uses NO aerosols to pollute our beautiful planet.
No need for me to list EVERY WEN product, I'm sure you are able to look them up for yourself, when you do you will see what great choices there for all hair types.
Good luck with improving your hair.
Hey Drythe! just wanted to say "hi"

Perhaps it would be best if everyone just agreed to disagree. To be honest, the OP didn't even mention cleansing conditioner. She just mentioned using regular conditioner as a way to clean hair. What works for some, may not work for others.
