Re: Using Seasonal CC's only?

I use mainly the seasonals and they all leave my hair silky and soft. I've never had issues with any of the cc's in terms of performance. I don't use 613 as a leave in because it makes my hair feel a little stiff. I've been using mainly seasonals for years now.

Re: Using Seasonal CC's only?

As you can tell, everyone's hair responds differently.....if you like the seasonals, try using them exclusively to see how it works for you.

For me, I can only use them occasionally, once or twice a week. My hair loves the wheat CCs, TT, SAM, CA and LAV. I use TT most often, and I really like SAM for the length of my hair (below my bra strap). If I start using 613 or the seasonals for every cleanse, it takes about two weeks to notice the changes, my hair becomes rough, dry, and feels scraggly.

Thank you all for your relies.

HappyDaze, If I understand your reply right, you only use the seasonals, no core CC's. Could you tell me what Seasonals you find work best for your hair? I have very thick but, fine hair, blonde and some natural curl. Sometime feels a little dry but would consider it normal most of the time. TIA

Yes you are correct-I only use the seasonals now (would occasionally mix a bit of SAM in just to use it up but not for awhile now). I get great results from SHP with SMC as the second best one for my hair. I have a lot of hair but it is more on the finer side, like what you described. I have blonde highlights (but no bleach) although I have not gotten them in almost a year so they are almost gone. My hair has usually been normally but has become a bit drier as I get older. Smiley Sad no do not use the other seasonals mainly because the contain too many citrus extracts which can be too astringent and drying for hair that tends to be dry. HTH!

I never thought about the citrus being drying...maybe that is why I am loving the HL so much as I do the SHP..my hair tends to be very dry, (not so much now thanks to WEN)..

Thank you all again for your helpful replies! Do you think Summer Honey Peach will be available again?

Re: Using Seasonal CC's only?

Hi there! I only use the seasonals, my all time favorite thus far has been WWC. I have used the honey lilac twice and it is fabulous too. My hair does not like the core CC's at all! Fig left my hair feeling like straw, and years ago the SAM caused terrible breakage. I am so happy with my hair now using the seasonals, and I also use just a teeny bit of oil every day as a leave in.
