I didn’t read all of the responses so this might of been mentioned already, but, just to let everyone know that is interested, the primer portion is going to be half price I believe on the 21st at Macys as part of their 10days of glam.  It will be 12 bucks.

If your on the fence about buying high end eye primers, I use Ulta under eye concealer. The key is to dot on just s few dots and blend blend blend FAST before it dries. I buy it when it goes on sale for half price (happens often).

The only Urabn Decay product I use is their eye shadow primer, love it.
