@monicakm their headquarters is moving out of the us?  or their products will no longer be in the us?   why? and where are they going?

I think their products will no longer be sold in the US...I think.  I know a lot of beauty companies are now selling in China since they (China) lifted the ban on brands that don't animal test.  Sorry I can't be more help.

Just chatted with UD.  Here is what he said:

I am pleased to inform that we are not moving out from US and we will continue to sell our products through our website urbandecay.com and authorised retail partners.

They may have reversed their decision like they did several years ago OR I might have remembered wrong.   But I would almost bet my right hand I read they would be moving out of the US.

@monicakm thanks for checking.  I was just googling the same thing.  I saw almost nothing about them moving / or being discontinued in the us.  just one blog  or message area that said the same thing about UD and the eu.  

Can be hard to find the correct information sometimes..  But what is definitely true is they are having a good sale now.  Thanks for posting.

I'm going to stock up on UDPP... regardless..

.. I HATE, HATE having to find an alternative to what has worked for me, esp for all time!  I even had some of the "anti-aging" one in my basket already, just to try.  I dont think I tried this version.   Now, i'll just up the quantity of the regular, which I KNOW works!!
