Upgraded shipping for $3 on all my BE orders today

Has anyone else noticed that with their orders today? For the same $3 as regular shipping, they're offering expedited and premium shipping. Is there a catch or a gift or a glitch?

The shipping should have been free from the start.  I have upgraded orders and they take as long to process.

@Dorianwalk @hopi I paid for expidited shipping once, and that was the last time, the gift recipients did not receive the items as stated they would by x date, and QVC could of cared less!

I totally agree that it should be free, but it isn't, unfortunately. I wouldn't pay extra for expedited shipping. I am just surprised that it's being offered for the same price. I chose the quickest shipping for the TSV, and it's already shipped.

 

I was just wondering if anyone else had noticed this, and if there was some sort of catch. I didn't see any fine print about it.

Mine were higher prices so I stuck with the cheapest
