Update on Sephora F&F order problem!

I previously posted about receiving a L'occitane kit that had been "tampered with". I received the reshipment today and received another box that was unacceptable. I called cs to forget the kit and order a large and small cream at the same amount. The csr was willing to give the 20% discount but added a $5.95 shipping. I immediately cancelled the order and also told her I was returning the rest of my order. I am so disappointed in Sephora. Fortunately Beauty.com has L'occitane at 20% discount. I ordered the 2 hand creams at 20% discount, no tax and free shipping.
