Update on STO and orders........

I emailed every email I could find with STO regarding some back ordered soaps and a order of mine that has been processing for 11 days. This is what I recieved back. Was surprised that it was from the owner. It was sent from Tammi's Iphone. Just wanted to share.

I am the founder of Shea Terra Organics. I want to thank you for your kind gesture. It is very nice of you. Our sales have tripled since November. We are down on one of our staff members and it takes quite a while to train new people to do the best customer service for Shea Terra customers. We are having to increase our supplies from Africa which take time to get in, and our soaps, selling like hot cakes, take three weeks to cure so we are doing our best to triple production. We highly value everyone of our customers and I myself am coming in nights and weekends to ship boxes. I really appreciate your kind understanding. I will have someone get back to you shortly on your order. I believe all backordered soaps are shipped.
