Yes, mine do too and yet I only get about 1 in 4 of the beauty TSV emails. I've contacted QVC about this issues multiple times and nothing we tried worked so I gave up. It is frustrating that they can't figure out why we are not consistently being sent the emails!

@ElvisShops, yes, EZ Pay is offered in three installments. Also, another poster mentioned that the Papaya Enzyme Peel is being offered as a gift but it is only included with subsequent auto-deliveries, it does not come with the first purchase. In any event, I'm looking forward to trying the oil & eye cream as well as the papaya enzyme peel as I've never tried any of those products although I have tried and liked that I recall, the marine cream. I did go back through my email folders and found the email from qvc (in my trash folder) about the purchase. It was sent Friday night about 8:30 pm and the subject matter said "TSV pre-sale: Beautiful skin three piece kit from a leading brand" if anyone interested in the kit wants to check all their email folders.

At the top of the email there is a tiny area that says View in Browser and when you click on that, it opens the email in a new tab so you can see the website address, which I copied and pasted here.

I have had a look at your settings and you only had 1 alert/email checked...I checked more notifications and if it is too many just go online and alter your preferences. Need any help just drop me an email to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com

I am tempted to try it but I have oily skin and it sounds like it's for more people with dry skin.  Anyone with oily skin use this?
