Under Eye Circles ~

Hey Beauties ~ I just wanted to say that while digging through my stashes, I found Anchor Woman Blue from Signature Club A. I forgot that I ever bought it. It was a little dried up, but I gave it a try, and this is the best my under eyes have looked in forever. It sure helped the dark circles.
