Sorry but nothing will get rid of those bags except a trip to the plastic surgeon--you may be able to minimize them a little but you won't get rid of them. It's a pad a fat under neath there that needs to be cut away. I have bags too and if I was growing a money tree, I would be getting myself that surgery---

ITA .....  you can reduce puffiness, but you can't reduce bags.  There's just no cream that will take away excess skin .....  you need a plastic surgeon for that.
