Ulta Shoppers Be Aware of their "free" offer for In-Style magazine!!!

Back in the late summer, I went to Ulta to purchase some items. They asked if I would like free issues of In-Style magazine, I said sure! Well, in checking my bank acct. today, I noticed they debited my checking account for a year subscription without any authorization! I am so mad, I have contacted my bank, and also Ulta (email) couldn't get through on the phone!
