Recieved a gift flyer from Ulta today in the mail.  It includes 2 coupons.  One is for now until DEC 24 for 20% and the other is $5 off $10+ after Christmas until the 1st of the year. Of course, exclusions apply. 

The 20% off one does not excluded Prestige brands, but the $5 one does.  Bummer for me since I don't want to charge anything to my card right now and I was waiting for the LIter sale which should be later this month.

I didn’t use their card. Used my debit card. Plus had another 5 dollar coupon available now. So I have a total of 3 coupons.

The one thing I did notice when I was looking on the back at the exclusions.  It appears these are specific to the person.  It says "One-time use coupon exclusively for Member # 348623972902" (I just typed a bunch of random numbers). 

Maybe they do that on all their coupons, but it's just my first time noticing it.

I got the 20% off one thru 12/24 and then I just got one for $10 off $40 I think or $20 off $100 good until 12/18.  Both are good on prestige brands.
