The last time I returned something it was 2011, so when I tried to return something last week using the automated machine at the post office (line was too long), I was surprised when one of the options on the first screen was Merchandise Return.
When I picked that option, I wasn't even offered Delivery Confirmation throughout the whole process. I went home thinking I didn't do it right. But I later saw that on the receipt was a tracking number. I didn't realize this option included free tracking. It saved me the $0.90 on DC.
Today (exactly one week later) I got my refund from QVC and all I had to pay was $3.26 to ship it back. So glad I didn't use the return label which would have cost me $6.95.
I was just wondering if this is a new feature or had I been living under a rock?
