Do you let this air dry on skin or do pat/rub into skin?  Can this be used under makeup?

@mommaslp,

The spray I make can be used on top of your makeup. It makes anything powdery on your face look more natural and not so matte.  You could use it under as moisturizer because of the glycerin in it but depending on how much glycerin you have put in it, then it might be somewhat tacky. So just be aware that glycerin does tend to make your skin feel a little sticky if you use too much.Woman Happy

 

ETA - I don't pat or rub it on...just spray it with a good misting bottle.
