I live on a cul-de-sac with only 6 houses, all mailboxes are CLEARLY marked.

Iyiyi, UPS website says I have a package delivered and it was left on my front porch. Well, I go have myself a look-a-see and nothing. I called UPS and they said to call Kohls, it's their problem. WHAT!!.

I call the neighbor next door to see if it was delivered there. Nope. I hop in my car in my jammies and ride around (long road) and find my box, out in the elements as there is no cover, on the porch of a house that has been abandoned. There are stickers on the door saying abandoned, foreclosure etc. WT H! So, I have a soaking wet box, with 10 boxes of K-cups soaking wet inside.

I then called UPS back and put in a complain and was promised that I would get a call back within an hour from the local office. NOT, no call...nothing.

With USPS having problems, what to do if we can only rely on the private carriers and they say it's the senders problem!

just had to vent.
