I can't believe they cancelled your order. They just lost money and I thought that's why they are in business. They really need to update their system. Give your business to someone else.

I don't think Ulta has good service all around. I placed an order during a $5off$15 + free shipping promotion. It took almost 3 weeks to reach me and it arrived damaged! Mind you, I have an Ulta store within 10 m! It would have been faster to go to the store to buy and now I have to go there anyway to exchange! All this to save a lousy $5 which I'm going to spend in gas anyway!!!! UGGGGG

I can believe their system did that. All of them seem to have whacky systems. I had never had problems with ulta until my birthday. I made a big order to get my 20 percent off for my birthday. Or I tried to. Their system would not place my order no matter what I did. I was kicked off it for the whole month so I ended up asking my mother in law to place the order for me. And then of course since I had the code I got my 20 percent off but no points and it wasn't added to my order total for the year which would have made me a platinum again. It was the biggest order I made for the year. I called them and they gave me some points but it still didn't count towards my platinum.

So sorry this happened to you thisidforme. On the Ulta Beauty facebook page, there are hundreds of customers this happened to. I ended up driving to Ulta to get what I wanted. I was shocked that they had so much stock. Ours is selling the $10 items through the weekend, so maybe if you go there in person, you'll be able to still get some of what you what.

I ordered a few things Thursday night and haven't received a notice that they have shipped out yet. I hope it doesn't take forever to receive my things. I've had lousy costumer service from Ulta before. I'm sorry that you didn't get what you wanted.

I HATE when places do that. Sephora did this to me a few years ago during the 20% sale and then magically 2 days later after the sale ended, all the items were back in stock. Sorry this happened to you.

I ordered about 15 minutes after the sale started, and my order was cancelled too.
I was mad about it until I got the e-gift card. At least they acknowledged the problem and did something to try to compensate me for my trouble.

Noooooo!! My order processed 15 minutes after the sale started too and I haven't received a shipping confirmation yet. If that happens I will be BEYOND upset. Considering I live less than 3 minutes away from a store, I could've gone there and had it wrapped already.
