Ulta for me is the best online cosmetic store there is.  I get fast shipping and my reward points gives me discounts, plus they have great sales.  Hope they never go out of business.  They're fabulous.

I go to both Ulta and Sephora. I'm not happy with the coupon "exclusions" at Ulta either, but I've learned to accept it.

 

But Sephora --- excellent CS, very liberal return policy, samples of everything  - what more could you want?? I was just at one tonight. They are now carrying Shiseido and Sunday Riley, and they are getting IT in a few weeks (they have Bye Bye Makeup right now). I noticed they moved Tatcha to the front of the store. I have my wish list ready for the 20% off sale! Smiley Wink
