UD All Nighter vs Hourglass Veil Setting Spray

And the winner is...

You have to be sure to shake this really good or you'll end up with what looks like white splattered paint.  But it works great.  Pressing a paper towel or Kleenex on my face to remove sweat, there is no transfer of foundation.

This goes on so super SUPER fine, you can't even feel it.  I put a little extra on just to be sure.  The Kleenex blot test failed.  There is a foundation transfer.  That's too bad.  Maybe it has other winning properties but I haven't seen them yet.  It's going back to Sephora.  The Hourglass Primer is hands down such a holy grail, I had high hopes for this.

Re: UD All Nighter vs Hourglass Veil Setting Spray

I've been looking at setting sprays, so this helps in my selection. I didn't even consider Hourglass, although I like their mineral veil setting powder.

All Nighter setting spray got great reviews, so I might go for this. I need to spend money to get my birthday gift next month. I like Iconic London glow setting spray, so maybe I'll get another one.

Charlotte Tilbury has a set of two mini setting sprays for $29, limited edition. That looks interesting, but I don't know how long that will be in stock. Decisions, decisions.

I'm sure you'll make the right decision.  I don't like "glow".  On me, in my mind, glow = sweaty.  Not a look I'm going for!  I haven't tried CT because everything she makes is glowy.

Have a good weekend.  I'm all dressed up with nowhere to go Smiley Surprised  I look good and smell good, thinking I had a PT appt at 3.  It's at 2 and there was no way I could there in time (sigh).  Maybe DH will take me out to eat tonight.  I hate to waste a "face".

@monicakm I just found what I can use my Ulta coupon on, lol. Thanks!

Nope. UD is excluded as usual.

You might want to read the reviews on Sephora.  I have my settings set to "NON-incentivised" only.  It gets a 4.3 star rating.  I don't know why it didn't work for me.  I have on Kosas foundation and lightly powdered (Kosas) in the T-zone.

Re: UD All Nighter vs Hourglass Veil Setting Spray

I've used UD for years, never tried anything else after getting it (except samples). But I was wondering about Hourglass. I'll stick with UD.

I've been set to incentivised, and I don't go by anything any influencer says. Any site I go on that is flooded with incentivised reviews, automatically dismissed.
