This is a product where women from the reviews I have read seem to love or Hate! I like it & am on my second tube. Had the first one for a year because I don't use it often. You can look up all the ingred. on the Ulta website.

It's a smoothing anti feathering Lip Primer. When I use it, it is usually when I want an extremely smooth lips, masks lip lines fantastically, It took me time to get used to it because it feels on the dry side, but when you put a creamy lipstick (no lip stain) it makes my lips look plumper & so baby smooth. My lips do not have deep ridges as far a lines, but I would think that women who have a problem with lipstick that accentuates deep lines on their lips would love this product.

Also if you try it, I would def. not recommend using lip liner on your entire lips, just line the outer edges of your lip line. It also keep lippies lasting longer but I like it the best for smoothing lip lines.
