Denis Simioni keeps saying the mask is cold and put ice cold water on your face to remove the mask/ cleanser to dilate your skin. Putting cold water on your skin does the opposite. Pores are closed with cold water. Does this cleanser dilate the blood vessels?

Maybe he misunderstands the term dilate.  Is the product supposed to make pores appear smaller?

@mjmm I don't understand what you are talking about.  I have this product and I just watched the presentation video on HSN and didn't hear Denis say anything about dilating the skin.  Can you give us an item # so we can see what you are talking about?   He talks about cold water activating the product but I don't remember anything about hearing the term "dilate the skin".  He talks about it plumping the skin and it does that.

I love this item and use it as a cleanser and an overnight mask.  I bought the duo and also have the moisturizer.

Denis did mention the word dilation several times but I cant swear what he actually said about it, I suggest going to the product page on the HSN site and watching the presentation from last night.

I found what looks like the presentation from last night's Amy show on the Glacial cleanser and he mentioned "dilate" once in that when talking about the thermal reaction of the product.

I don't find it a concern since I like the results I'm getting and plan to continue to use it in rotation of my products.

I experimented with using very cold out of the refrigerator water to remove the Glacial mask this morning.  It didn't feel bad at all and the mask was very easy to remove with the very cold water.

@Jk9    I agree.  I love this stuff.  I have been using since day one.  Nothing gets my skin cleaner or makes it feel so good afterwards.  I rarely watch HSN so I didn't even know the supersize was available so I just ordered it.  I will say a very little goes a long way.

@Teddixat I agree.  Doesn't take a lot and I like that Denis gave hints to keep this in a cool place since it gets harder to dispense when warmer.   I found that to be true and I don't have any problem getting it out of the container.  I ordered the supersize too.
