I'm hoping it's the body wash or rescue cream. I don't love the styling products and I am currently overloaded with shampoo.

I misspoke, the “lemon beignet” did debut in the chirui cream for the last TS. I have quite a bit, so I didn’t get it. I’m excited to smell the lemon scent!! I don’t mind “woodsy”!

I only shampoo my hair once a week. I have no need for more shampoo. Besides, I thought Denis wanted us to wash less.

It gets lousy reviews but the 3 XL CLEAN-ditioner is one of my favorite products. I buy it ever time I see it on a deal, and sometimes even when it's not. It works so well to freshen up my second and third day hair. The sprayer on 5he bottle really s*ucks though. Twice in the last couple of months, I've had the trigger get stuck and there's no way to unstick it so it'll spray again. Each time I've contacted the company and they've sent replacements along with a gift. The first time it was a tube of the Tribal Chocolate Cleansing Treatment and the second time it was a regular bottle of the Rise & Shine Revitalizing Mist. I appreciate their response and am told they're working on the issue. Hopefully they'll figure something out soon because the product is great and the public is getting a bad impression by these reviews so they likely won't try it.

I also think some of the bad reviews have to take user error into consideration. This product MUST be shaken prior to use and I think some people skip that part. The last time I had a trigger go bad, I was in a pinch and transfered the contents to a small misting bottle I had. The bottle is clear so when the product sat undisturbed, it definitely separated. Shake, shake, shake.
