Does anyone know how to get the pumps to work?

@Stevie Nix

I learned this lesson the hard way with other pump bottles so before I put a pump in the bottle I will hold the pump under the part the screws onto the bottle and then twist the top of the pump until it pops up. If you've already put the pump in the bottle, take a kleenex or paper towel and hold the tube and twist the top. I can't remember if you should twist clock wise or counter clockwise but I think it's counter clockwise. I know it's frustrating... good luck and let me know if it works for you!

@Tennessee Vol  - Thanks for your reply.  I've tried what you recommended and it didn't work ---- but I'll keep trying!

Hold the part that the tube is inserted in tightly, making sure that it doesn't turn and then turn the top of the pump where the nozzle is. If it doesn't pop up turning it one way, turn it the other. I think I even went back and forth changing the direction I turned it a few times until it popped up. We need to invent a better pump mechanism!

My DH finally got them to work.  Great products once you get them opened.
