@JeanLouiseFinch thank you for the info! I do use the balm. First I apply the revitalizing must and then the balm. I think based on all the emails that I am either using too little or emulsifying it too much.

I have hair down to my waist and was using a pump or two pumps of the Chiuri styler and sometimes followed by gel. Seems that other women are using one pump on much shorter hair so I am way underusing the product. Probably if I use the 4 pumps of the Chiuri styler then it will moisturize and hold my hair better.

@Thats Me. Thank you! Seems I was using way too little of the Chiuri styler for my waist long hair.
