I wanted to love it but it made my naturally curly hair a frizzy mess. I did get the rescue cream and love that.

Thanks for your review! I just received the Lemongrass Vanilla too. I like this new scent. Not too much lemon or vanilla. Just a nice light mix of the two and easily recommended to those who lean in this aroma direction. I'll be trying mine Sunday am and will report back. Looking forward to the volume you raved about. Low thyroid has taken a toll on my hair so every bit of extra oomph will help as I get this thing under control.

My hair sounds very similar to yours with the exception of the waviness that has occurred later in my life. Was poker straight forever. I do enjoy the change though. I'm ready to chop off a good 12 inches and still have plenty of length. I only use a blow dryer in the winter. My mid west temps can be too cold for air drying.

Has anyone received the Tulipia Angelique? I'm very curious and would appreciate hearing comments on this scent.

Yes I have the scent in both the shampoo/conditioner and the whipped cream that came in the large tube. It is a beautiful soft smell, like walking in the garden. Very subtle. I love it.

As a side note, the cream that came in the large tub that was $39.00 and was selling on HSN for over $100.00 is incredible. Like putting whipped cream on your body. Sinks right in, and left my skin so soft. Also used it on my face. Love everything that I have tried so far from Tweak'd. I am new to this brand and it does everything Denis says it would.

I LOVE this shampoo and conditioner! For context, my hair is very curly, wavy, dry, frizzy, unmanageable and long (in my late 30s). I usually don't look to acheive more volume in my hair, to be honest. But Tweak'd is amazing. My favorite scents from this are the Amber Vanilla Cremerie and Tulipia Angelique.

I will say, compared to Tweak'd Restore Conditioner, I do need to use more pumps from this formula for my particular hair type, but the results are so worth it. It brings out my curl definition, hair feels so soft, tames frizz and THE SHINE!!!! I don't know my hair has EVER looks this shiny before. Sometimes I do like using the cleansing hair treatment (the one in buckets that was the recent HSN TS) as a "pre-shampoo" on dry hair for five minutes first. This gives me a little extra moisture and treatment. Alternatively, if you find you need more moisture you can mix some with the BIGwig conditioner after shampooing.

I always follow up with styling products, it is just how my hair is. I really like mixing the tweak'd Chiuri Limitless Styling Creme with the Hydrating Treatment Balm on soaking wet hair, using "praying hands" motion down my length then scrunching. The Chiuri does work nicely alone, but if you have particularly dry hair like me, adding the balm gives it more moisture. And you can totally use the revitalizing treatment mist after BIGwig! I use that spray multiple times a day, especially at night and when coming in from being outside.

Also, my husband has very fine, thinning hair and gets oily lightning fast. Since using tweak'd he can wash every other day instead of every day and since using BIGwig (his fave is lemongrass) and the volumaker styler, his hair has so much extra body to it! It looks thicker. I think this is one of Denis' best formulas ever.

Thank you everyone for this feedback. I should get amber vanilla creamerie and aqua de coco Monday, and Tulupia Angelique Wednesday (I hope) I was never a fan of the original “hair cleansing treatment” It felt like I was washing my hair with lotion. I took a chance on HSN’s last Tweak’d TS (835-778) in the bucket, fully expecting to hate it. I chose the 2 scents that have Moroccan lava clay (like the scalp scrub I love so dearly) Those 2 are “Tulupia daydream” and “Bamboo green tea”. They are NICE! They do make a little lather (I need lather. I admit it. Maybe it’s a mental thing) They have other scents, but the others have no Moroccan lava clay, and I’m afraid they won’t lather. The scrubs I love have that lava clay HIGHER UP in the ingredient deck= LATHER! The HSN bucket cleansers don’t give big volume like this new “BIG WIG”, but they do make your hair feel VERY clean, and they’re one step. NICE! The Tweak’d line is really stepping their game up….

@rochelleS, the lemongrass vanilla is SO nice. It’s not too sharp. It’s fresh and clean. Definitely my new favorite…My poor Olaplex is getting pushed to the side, lately…😬

@Love4cats, I am THE LAZIEST with hair. I have the “water soaker upper scrunchies” and I use those after I shower. I even use 2; my hair is LONG. Once they’re wet, I just grab a few dry ones and hang up the wet ones. 🤣 My hair does seem to dry quickly with those, though. Since I’m using more leave in product, they’ll need to hit the hamper instead of being hung back up. I never dry those. I only air dry those (much like my hair) I read if you dry those “soaker upper scrunches” they lose their ability to suck the water out of hair. With my extreme hair laziness, I rely on those scrunchies to do the work I’m not willing to….so far so good.
I’m still rambling…too much coffee 😳

@weezer111, I’m so glad to hear that! I’m not a lover of florals, but it was the new formula I was after. It was the only one left once I’d received lemongrass vanilla, so I JUMPED!
