Turkey Neck --- any ideas?

I went to a store the other day. The girl asked me if I get the senior discount. i am 53 years old. Needless to say, I was floored. i think my face looks pretty darn good, but my neck is....well... similar to Mary Beth Roe's. I am fair skinned and it also seems to be heriditary. Please please please tell me if there is ANYTHING i can do!!!
