Trying to leave a "review" and getting "bad request"???

I am trying to leave a review for the T3 Hot Rollers Kit and can't seem to get through. When after I put in my PIN#, I get a page that says "bad request". Anyone else ever had this problem?

By the way, the review was not going to be favorable. I am disappointed in this product because, 1). the clips don't hold the rollers well and 2). the heat literally burns my scalp and it hurts!!!
