Tria laser or NONO??

My 25 y/o dd has a problem with facial hair. She was put on strong birth control pills, but, it really didn't help. She tried Vanique with no real results. She did have a few months of regular electroysis which made the hair come in finer, but, she moved and doesn't have access to electrolysis anymore.

I was wondering if either the Tria laser or NONO would be of help to her. The reviews of the NONO aren't really that great. Does anyone have any insight?
