Are any of you Tria users experiencing new brown spots??? It looks like my existing ones are beginning to break up but - OMG! - new ones are forming, especially around the lip area. Is this something to be expected??

If you're referring to the age defying laser, it's most likely brown spots that were lurking unseen that are being brought up and dealt with (like the ones you're seeing break up).

Sorry I didn't clarify, but yes I'm referring to the anti-aging device, not the hair removal device. And I sure hope you're right - I don't want these new spots to stick around!!

Yes. It will bring new ones up to the skin before it breaks them apart and makes them disappear. Today was the first day (day 9 if Tria) I noticed a large one I have had on my chest a few years, is already starting to break up. Hoping the ones on the side of my face and arms will follow suit with continued use.

If you check out some of the other TRIA threads, there is a link to a year+ long ongoing thread of women who are in other countries, who have been using this since 2012. Many women experienced the same as you are. I am prepared because I am SURE given by how many visible ones I have, there will definitely be a lot of lurkers under the skin.

Here is our new mantra: It will get worse before it gets better.
