Lyn mine is 018.Replacement from Tria.
Maren i went to who i thought was a derm at the laser center and it turns out she is a laser specialist..Anyway she talked to me for about 1/2 hr and explained what i had going on..My neck is pretty much all red from capillaries.Have them on my chest to...She said its from sunburns, which happened when i was younger. She said the veins are like little workers that appear to protect your skin from damage and that it aws good they came!Lol..She said my skin under 4/5 layers of these is in good shape once they are lasered to get them to go away.So all the crinkly skin on my neck WILL go away!I am so happy about that!...Its gonna take 4/5 treatments at 300 each but will be so worth it once they are gone..I have to stop the Tria on my neck now for a month before i can start..I will get my chest done after the neck then my face.My face is not that bad so can wait...She also said a fractional laser cant get rid of capillaries, but it can help rosacia and that might be what people saw..I dont know.
I have read reviews where people had the laser done and there veins did not go away..Its because the laser specialist did not know how to do it right..It also important to have the newest lasers to..Thats why i am driving a good distance because this place is good.
Not looking foreword to being swollen and looking bruised for a week but will just think about how good it will be to see a neck with good skin and no red anymore!

Hi lyn, may I ask why you are inquiring? Did you have issues with your laser?

Lyn, mine are 013, and knowing how excited I was about this being the TSV, if there was a pre-order that's when I ordered, or immediately when it aired.
I got the bendy white plug and although it kept blinking at least 12 hours, it still worked until the very day my new plug arrived (they took their time sending it to me). It totally died at the end of the treatment, I pluged in the new one and it was ready to go for my next treatment. No probs with the black one.
It's interesting how across the board everyone's numbers seem to be.
Have you sent yours back yet -- received a replacement?

. I was hoping it was just a charger problem because I am sure I have an older model (white, moveable charger and CD), but the CS said I needed to send the whole laser back. I tried to have them send me a new one before I sent my current laser back, but they said "They could not send out a new one until the old one is on its way". I know one of out fellow-laser beauties insisted on getting a new one before sending back her old one, but that didn't work for me today.

This makes me so sad! And mad! If Tria knowingly (and they did) sent out units with those white folding plugs, they took the risk of this happening and should pay the piper.
People rave about their CS, and their reps are great for the most part, but this is POOR CS, especially for something they brought on themselves. That's where the mad part comes in.
I think the CD is the giveaway that's it's a unit that was manufactured for Canada -- those came with CDs.
Well, it will be interesting to see how your skin reacts and responds with the week pause.
I'm so sorry! :-(

Interesting info -- and so happy you have your own specialist. Definitely worth the drive!
Did you discuss the Tria with her? Are you going to continue treatment on your face?
When is your first appointment for the Big Guns?
And yes, I agree -- worth it in the long run. After that time period you'll be so happy if the results are what you're expecting. If you didn't do it, you'd be forever cringing every time you caught it in the mirror, don't you think?

Hi ASLTW!..Pretty sh*tty they would not mail it before you sent yours back..In a previous thread i wrote the name of the gal that sent me mine before i sent the defective one back. She said for others to ask for her if they had a problem.I guess you did not see it.This company does not have a good track record..I dont even trust that we will get 3 yrs out of these..Why should we believe anything they say when they have sold so many defective units...I was reading reviews on Amazon and there was one that said her charger started making sizzling noises and she walked over to it and it had a puff of smoke come out of it!...Can you imagine if she was not home to unplug it.???Unbelievable!.I am unplugging mine when i leave the house now...There are just to many reviews with Tria problems.
Hi Maren!..I did tell her about the Tria. She did not know much about it..She did say i cant get the laser done on my neck till i stop the Tria there for 1 month.Something about the Tria taking dead skin off and it would not be good to do both so close together..So i will continue on my face..My appt is Jun 2nd.
My DD thinks if the laser this tech uses helps to produce collogen i should just return the Tria.I will reconsider closer to my 2 months..I am pretty disgusted with this co and as i said above we just cant believe anything they say.I also have a problem with WHY some Tria will hold a charge for 1 week and others just 2 treatments..I have read several people say there's holds for a week..My new one had to be charged after 20 min of use..That would be face, neck and 1/2 face the next night..These are not consistent and they SHOULD be.They should all be working the same right?
Last night after doing my TRia i put some Isomer serum in a bowl and preceded to use my Nutritone with the serums instead of a gel..I have heard Manuela say this will help the serums to absorb better and with just using the Tria the Nutritone will push the serums in to the open channels.I think Philip was doing this with another device thats simuler..I just moved it around my face instead of leaving it in one place.I do leave in under my eyes tho for a min.Hoping that will help my sunken eyes..I hate those and my DD thinks i need to get filler there but i am to chicken and the cost is a lot i am sure.!

I leave my Tria plugged in all the time but after reading what MidNight said about the charger, I am unplugging it when I leave the house. I am one of those that only get 2 treatments, if that, out of a charge. I don't see how some can get a full week. I am getting a little discouraged with this company.

Gals, after 4 weeks I've finally decided to jump ship and return my Tria. I will reconsider repurchasing this product at a later date when more long term reviews/results are posted and when this company works out their kinks.
I hope everyone does have good luck with this product as I think it could be a really a nice thing to have. I've enjoyed reading all these posts and the helpful information shared.
My model number's first three digits are 511 and it did not come with a CD.
