I've heard others mention they thought it did, and it always seemed hotter to me when I was doing my last zone (center of the face/mouth). So I began doing my center face after my cheeks and ending with my forehead -- swapping zone 3 and 4. I still am the most sensitive in the center and the forehead (my new zone 4) doesn't feel any hotter, but I'm not sure if that's not because my forehead is the least sensitive area. I think tonight I'll BEGIN in the center and see if indeed it begins less hot and progresses in intensity. So after my little experiment I can't really say if it really gets hotter or not. I've been a big help, huh? :-)

Question for those treating neck, hands, etc.:

Do you do your entire face 10 minute treatment then turn on the device and begin a second session on the additional areas, or do you spend less time on your face and incorporate the other areas into the 10 minutes allotted?

TIA!

MarenSeattle - I am now doing my lower face area first and forehead last. I'm also switching between the left and right sides of my face every other day. That way if the laser strength increases during treatment, the sides of my face will get equal exposure during the week.

I'm beginning week 4 and to be honest, I've actually surprised myself with how easily I've stuck with this. I was afraid an every-night process would get old pretty quickly, but I've only missed 1 night so far. I do my forehead first because it is the area that always seems to lose contact so it takes longer than the others. I've learned that if I lay my head down on the bed I don't seem to lose contact as often - maybe the bed gives my head a little more stability??? Now my question - for those of you that are seeing an improvement in your skin, do you think it is from the Tria or from all the exfoliating, moisturizing, serums, etc?? Kinda the chicken or the egg situation!

Jooj - I can say with confidence that the improvement to the red spot on my forehead (left over from a cherry angioma removal back in 2010) as well as the improvements to the broken caps on each side of my nose can only be attributed to the addition of the Tria. I haven't increased the use of skin care products in my weekly routine with the exception of applying Yonka Phyto Contour as an eye mask each AM and I began using PerriconeMD Chloro Plasma as my face mask approx a week or so ago.

I get 2 complete level 3 treatments out of a charge. I do all 4 zones of the face first. Then when it's done, I turn it off and back on. Then do the neck, then the chest, then each hand/top of forearm. And then it's done and out of charge as well.

Aw, I am sure you will see results regardless if you miss a few days.

I'm seeing some results already. I reported on another thread about the mark on my forehead breaking up, and I noticed yesterday that the broken caps on each side of my nose are diminishing. I don't notice any changes in firmness.

This is very encouraging Lyn!
