Well I am doing fine so far and I am good with my decision to purchase.
My plan is the 8 week on 4 off protocol, now into second day of third week..Started and went to L3 on the 3rd or 4th day, and only missed one day so far.
I do not find it painful, or uncomfortable, and I have a low tolerance for pain, but you do feel it. I do my forehead first, then chin, and cheeks. Sort of hardest to easiest, because of forehead contact. I believe in the professional Fractal technology, so I have hopes for this to perform results.
I am dryer than usual, and I had one day with the sandpaper feel, and that was the day after I did not use my typical PM routine. I went back to the using my stuff and have lived. (Pads, retinol, C, hydro and creams) .
I did experience what snowball had, new line by mouth, and a puff under eye, 1 day it quit on forth quarter. Line went away, the puff was because I had the evening before went too far under the eye, off bone area, that was gone in 2 days.
For the most part mine worked, even 2-3 uses, but blinking too long, so I still ordered a new charger.
My dark spots are slightly darker, mostly on outline sides of face. They were lighter to begin with and now have a rougher feel to them.
This is where I am unsure how the Tria will work.
Tria said 7-9 days to receive charger, I think the first ones went out fast until they realized the amount needed to be replaced.
One Tria CS said they never had any charger issues, she got caught in a lie.
A different Tria CS said the difference in protocols was because of regulations, which we knew. I mentioned using the 8/4 and she remained quiet, as if to say, good.
I watched a friend go through fractal many times, with good results, and still could use more. You really feel the fractal, and they adjust it to your level of tolerance, and other reasons. If your tolerance is low, will take more visits. There is down time, and in most cases, once may not be enough, besides the cost.
I am not knocking it, they are all wonderful treatments.
Time will tell-------------

So far so good on Level 3! I still look forward to using it every night+ still doing my plié's. Haven't used the Tria for any other area than my face.

When they say to keep the Tria in the charger, do they mean while it is plugged into the wall?? Do they want us to keep it plugged in all the time???

Hello fellow Trias am now in wk 3 Level 3 with 2 nights missed. So far so good. It can be a little uncomfortable, but nothing drastic. My skin looks horrible, pronounced wrinkles and capillaries, dry and a little flaky. I have used Retin A a couple if times. But I am confident it will pay off. My concern is about the neck(chin - jaw) area, I read somewhere to stay away from the Thyroid gland(not sure where that is) I am wondering how accurate that advise is. Also is it safe to do the chest area. Thanks

Yes keep it plugged in and in the charger at all times.
eta unless you are not using it and want to put it away..But then need to pull it out and charge it every 2 weeks so the battery does not go bad.

Haha, you're so funny! I am so FOCUSED on my treatment, trying to make sure I cover every single centimeter. I don't think I could multi-task and get my barre work done. :-)

Happy it's going reasonably well for you. :-)
I think there are some here who treat their chests, so hopefully they'll chime in.
I know that microcurrent (e.g. NuFace) shouldn't be used in the thyroid area, but not sure about other devices. You should contact Customer Service but since it's only FDA cleared for the face, not sure how much help they can be.
Your thyroid is below the Adam's apple (do we have those?) and kind of goes up and down the front and sides of the windpipe -- butterfly shaped. Google it and you'll see illustrations.

Maren, I still am in front of a mirror. You'd be surprised! The plié's keep me in time with how fast I glide it on my face and I know the time is almost up with a zone when I hit 50.
