My Tria was blinking longer than I thought so based on the comments I started using my iPhone wall adapter and now the blinking battery goes away more quickly.

I finally made it to level 3 and it was not as bad so thank you for the encouragement. I feel that my skin is looking better overall. I just hope I can keep up with the treatments. My neck is really looking better so that alone has been worth it to me. Have a great weekend!!!

I was surprised at how relatively easy Level 3 was, too -- although I've read there are some who are unable to ever tolerate that level. Isn't it interesting how different we all are? We know that everything is different for everyone, and this just reinforces that.

I've had no problems with my new charger (and actually my first, folding charger lasted until the day I received my replacement, so no down time). I've read where people have to get a THIRD charger sometimes, though. It's crazy -- it seems so basic a problem to address, but apparently they've been plagued with these issues since they launched the product.

Hope it continues to go well for you!

Thanks lyn! I am going to do that too!!!! I charged it last night before I went to bed and this morning it wouldn't turn on and blinked that red light. I placed it back on the cradle and it was blinking blue, charging. It stopped and now it seems to be ok.

How are your eyes looking??

You have a new charger, right, snowball? I'd contact them and let them know you're continuing to experience problems. A couple of people on EDS said they had to try a THIRD charger, and a few did need their cradle and/or device replaced. See what they have to say and what they recommend -- they obviously have a LOT of experience with these problems!

And ask them about your eyes -- I'm personally not worried about any of the negatives I might see because every single one I've read about has improved with continued use. I knew there would be periods of "what have I done?????" and I was prepared for that. But it's obviously of great concern to you so you should definitely share that with CS. And as Lyn says, don't go above the orbital bone. Good luck! I'd hate to see you miss out on potential benefits 8 weeks down the road if there are problems you can address or deal with. *hug*

I will be starting week 3 tomorrow night. I used level 1 for the first week and level 2 for the second week. Tomorrow night I will use level 3. I've had no charging problems at all and only had to recharge the unit once. So far no dramatic change but I didn't really expect it at this point yet.

I have only been using it on my face. I was wondering how many of you are also using it on your neck and hands? I have skin crepiness on the neck I would like to smooth and some hyperpigmentation on the hands. I know it's not ""approved"" to use any place but the face but I think Fraxel is used on the hands and neck.

Thanks!

Lots of people on EDS (our canaries in the mine) loved the results they were seeing on their hands. I think some here are doing that, too. I keep meaning to, but just haven't yet.

And I THINK some have been treating their necks, too. Hopefully they'll chime in.

Just a reminder you might find icing before treatment on Level 3 helpful. I did it for a few days, but don't any longer, and I think it helped the transition and acclimation to the longer treatment time. Good luck!

Yes maren, I have a new charger. I am leaving it plugged in and just placing my Tria in it after I use it. I haven't had any problems with it since yesterday and I used it last night. And maybe my problem with the eyes is that I was using it a little farther up and that may be the problem. I used it last night under the none so I will see what happens after doing it like that now. I didn't think I was above, but I probably was due to trying to hurry.

I am going to order that Yonka Phyto Contour from ebay. It is the big size and I never saw that size.

I have been using it on my neck since I got it and I will be starting week 4 tomorrow. I have no problems using it there and I just started on my hands last week. Again too soon to say.

snowball - I purchase it in the Professional size, too. It's shelf life once opened is only 6 mos, but since I use it as a mask, I have no problem emptying a tube in that amount of time. It takes a large pea size to mask both under eye/ upper cheek bone areas.

lyn, do you get yours on ebay??? I get a little nervous when I purchase from there. But I saw a good price for it and thought why not! I didn't order yet though. Thanks for replying back as I will wait for you again. LOL

I may treat my hands with it this fall, but I am too afraid to try it on my neck, because of the thyroid warnings with units like the Tria, NuFace, Nutone, etc.
