I have many tiny capillaries and red dots (bundles of blood vessels) on my face. When I first used the Tria they got worse, so I stopped using it on my face. The Tria makes your skin hot and red...it's suppose to do that...but it's not good for broken caps. I don't recommend using it if you are prone to broken caps. Only a special kind of laser used by a derm or other professional can zap broken caps...the Tria will not zap them but might make them worse and more visible. @Sooner
