This is an FYI in case you are interested in using Toxic FREE nail polish.  It's $18 @ Nordstrom  Many different shades available.  I am not sure why it says Base Coat because this is the nail polish.

Even the non-toxic ones are still full of things I can’t pronounce.  I gave them up a while back at the same time I started checking household products.

Zoya is a brand of non-toxic nailpolish.  I use it and like it.  Check it out.

Thanks for the info! I recently started using only non toxic polish. I've been using Deborah Lippman, Julep, OPI Infininite Shine and Target has their own brand Defy & Inspire which was pretty good.

i can second zoya, deborah lippman, pacifica and ella & mila.  but to be honest, most of the time i go bare.

It says Base Coat because the name of the polish is "XX Base Coat", a toxic-free artisan brand.
