Tova Smells Like -----

Oh No! Hubby just said my Tova Platinum smells like FLEA POWDER! And you know what -- I had just sprayed it on and it really does smell like Flea Powder!

Anyone ever have this reaction?? Usually I like it, but tonight it smells like Flea Powder.
